Paradigm is providing plan review and consultation for this exciting new development in downtown New York. We have specified and are providing consultation on roofing and waterproofing assemblies for the entire project. Includes below-grade waterproofing, terrace decks, and roof paver system.

Mid-Rise Condo Complex - Los Angeles, CA

Paradigm was brought in to determine the source of water intrusion in the parking garage. After inspection and analysis, Paradigm discovered the source of intrusion and recommended immediate repairs. During the repair, Paradigm discovered additional unrelated construction defects, and saved the developer from future problems.

High-Rise Hotel - Honolulu, HI

During the multi-million dollar renovation, Paradigm evaluated the existing conditions, identified deficiencies and provided repair plans and protocols for the necessary improvements. Additionally, Paradigm acted as the owner's rep during the quality assurance and quality control phase of the project.
